GLASGOW Science Centre will reopen today for the summer months.

The centre will open at 10am today in time for the school summer holidays, with new exhibitions to keep kids entertained.

The Explore! Gallery will be open to the public, which includes a brand new thermal imaging camera that lets users see their body temperature.

Stephen Breslin, chief executive of Glasgow Science Centre, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome visitors back to Glasgow Science Centre with so many new exhibits and improved facilities.

“The Explore! gallery is our vision for interactive exhibits that allow users to investigate scientific phenomena in a fun, accessible way.

"We are all scientists, and this gallery will ignite everyone’s interest in science, whether they are four or seventy-four.”

Ticket for the centre must be pre-booked through the website at glasgowsciencecentre.org/book-tickets.
