A GLASGOW comedy festival has banned jokes about Covid.
Laugh in the Park's organisers think the public needs a break from the doom and gloom of the past year.

The line-up for the festival has been announced including some of the top names in Scottish comedy.
Tickets go on sale today for the event which will be held in Queen's Park, on Saturday, July 24, 2021.
Al Innes, a promoter for the event said: "This is a chance for people to forget about Covid for three hours, and have a good time with friends and entertainment in a safe environment, not bore everyone with the same stuff we have heard on repeat for more than a year."

It will be hosted by the award-winning compere Billy Kirkwood.
