A new development in Cambuslang has just launched and is now accepting enquiries.
CCG Homes are behind Western Terrace, which is located just off Western Road and within a short distance of the town centre.

It will comprise of 81 homes in a mix of two and three-bedroom semi-detached and terraced house types.
Prices are expected to start from £165,000 with designer kitchens and bathrooms provided as standard as well as private, rear gardens and parking for up to two vehicles per plot.
Prospective buyers will be able to reserve upon the development’s formal sales launch which is expected to take place in the summer.
CCG Homes Managing Director Calum Murray, said: “Cambuslang has seen significant residential development over the last 20 years; it is a town that has a unilateral appeal to a wide range of buyers thanks to its wealth of local amenities and services.

CCG Homes is registered on the Scottish Government’s Help to Buy (Small Developer) scheme which is something that sales manager, Gillian Roberts, states will play an important factor in reaching out to first-time buyers.

CCG Homes recently sold out the multi-award-winning, 156-home Riverford Gardens in Glasgow’s South Side whilst the developer will soon launch Calderwood Lodge where 20 luxury homes will be created upon the site of the former Calderwood Lodge Primary School in Newlands.
