ANGE POSTECOGLOU will name his first Celtic team in today's opening pre-season friendly against Sheffield Wednesday.

The Hoops boss will reveal his first line-up in the non-competitive fixture in Wales as preparations ramp up for crucial Champions League qualifiers as well as the domestic campaign.

Sheffield Wednesday, who ply their trade in the English Championship, will provide a solid test for Celtic and former Owls youngsters Liam Shaw and Osaze Urhoghide are expected to be involved.

The match is the first of two in Wales for Celtic, with Charlton next up before a trip to take on Bristol City.
