PHOTOS shared on social media have shown huge billows of smoke coming from a fire in the North Lanarkshire area.
The blaze, which is currently ongoing, is at an industrial area in Bellshill.
Fire crews were called to the scene at Mossbell Road at around 8am this morning, and are still in attendance tackling the fire.
Police Scotland are also in attendance.

No injuries have been reported.
Nearby residents have taken to Twitter to share photos of the smoke.

A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokeswoman said: “We were alerted at 8.11am on Friday, July 9, to reports of a building on fire at Mossbell Road, Bellshill.
“Operations control mobilised four appliances to the scene where a fire is affecting an industrial unit.
“There are no reported casualties at this time and crews are currently still in attendance.”

A Police Scotland spokesman said: “Officers are currently in attendance assisting the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and partners in response to a fire at a premises in Bellshill Industrial Estate.
"Police were called at around 8.25am on Friday, July 9, 2021.
“The industrial estate is currently closed to traffic and pedestrians and the public should avoid the area.”
Traffic near the industrial estate is building up, according to Traffic Scotland.
