A FORMER picture framers could be turned into a licensed cafe in Glasgow's West End.
A planning application for a change of use has been submitted for premises on 61 Hyndland Street.
KJM Development want to open a licensed cafe with takeaway.
The proposed opening hours would be 8am to 11pm.

The developers have no signalled what type of cuisine would be on offer at the cafe.
The cafe, however, could serve up to 24 people.
Planning chiefs are expected to make a decision the plan by August 31.
The last date for comments is August 5.
