A Stagecoach bus broke down in Hope Street yesterday afternoon, meaning the usually busy city centre main road was empty for a spell.

Quick-witted bar staff at the whisky-lovers' watering hole of choice took the initiative and moved a table and chairs into the street for a laugh.
They had their social media followers in stitches with a picture posted to their Facebook page.
They quipped: "Outside seating courtesy of a broken down Stagecoach."
One punter said: "Saw you doing this when in yesterday. Was thinking to ask to get my table out there too."
