POLICE have cordoned off a Glasgow car park following reports of a woman being sexually assaulted overnight.
Officers were on the scene of the NCP King Street car park, near the Bridgegate, this afternoon.
Several cops were seen securing an area of the car park around 2.30pm.
A woman in her thirties was attacked in the area overnight and officers are now appealing for information.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Police in Glasgow received a report around 10.50am on Sunday, August 22, that a woman in her thirties had been sexually assaulted in the King Street car park area overnight.
"Enquiries are ongoing and anyone with information is urged to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident 1528 of August 22.”
