A MAN who was caught with three different types of drugs on him has been jailed.
Brian White appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court from custody.
The court heard that the 32-year-old breached a previous community payback order imposed on him and was remanded for a separate matter.
His lawyer said: “He’s tried doing everything he can and doesn’t want to waste anyone’s time. He is remanded for a violent assault.”
On March 9 last year, White, of Castlemilk, was caught with the drugs at Fraser Suites in Glasgow city centre.
He had around £60 worth of diamorphine, £15 worth of cocaine, and £10 worth of etizolam.
Sheriff Valerie Mays jailed White for 100 days – 60 for breaching the order and 40 for being in possession of the illicit substances.
