PANTO is back in Glasgow, oh yes it is, and the cast of Aladdin are planning to make all your dreams come true this Christmas…
Gary McLintoch, aka Gary: Tank Commander, aka actor Greg McHugh, plus comedian and singer Leah MacRae and Still Game star Gavin Mitchell brought a touch of magic to the city centre today as they posed for photos in costume at the SEC Armadillo.
Gary, who will be playing Aladdin alongside Gavin’s Abanazar and Leah’s Widow Twankey, was on top form.
“Ah pure cannae wait to be back in the hoose,” he said. “Yaass, it’s actually happenin’ – this is gonnae be extra amazin’, pure loads ay fun.”
Gavin said: “I am delighted to be back at the SEC this year; in fact I’m delighted to be out anywhere after the year or so we’ve had.”
Aladdin, which also stars Blythe Jandoo as Princess Jasmine, Brian James Leys as the Emperor and Rachel Flynn as Sherazade, will run from December 11 to 29 at the SEC Armadillo.
