PENSIONERS put on their dancing shoes for the first time in nearly two years at a Southside care at home centre.
Clients and staff at Bright Care, on the banks of the River Clyde, came together for a "feel good" event on Saturday.
Having not been able to meet like this since the start of the pandemic, they made up for lost time. With dancing, raffles, and live music, there was plenty on offer to keep people of all ages entertained at the Summer Concert in the Courtyard.
Client Margaret said: “We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We had a lovely day.”
Keira Scambler, the Marine Crescent branch's manager, added: “It was wonderful to be able to come together and socialise with our carers and clients in a relaxed, comfortable way, having navigated the pandemic united as one."
Bright Care provides home care to pensioners across the city.
