SEA-SHANTY star Nathan Evans is calling on Glasgow music fans to 'set their alarms' as he prepares for his TRNSMT debut tomorrow.

The former Airdrie postman posted a video to Twitter this evening ahead of his set at the Glasgow music festival.

The singer told fans he "cannot believe" that he will take to the Main Stage tomorrow as TRNSMT Day Two begins.

Revellers will be able to "sing a few songs" with Nathan as he kickstarts his performance at 11.55am.

The musician said it is "honestly mental" and that he is "absolutely buzzing" to entertain crowds at the Glasgow Green event.

Nathan said: "I'm calling all of Glasgow and all of the rest of Scotland, set your alarms for TRNSMT tomorrow.

"Gates open at 11am, I'm on the main stage, give you a second to take it in, main stage at 11.55am so you need to get in quick.

"Come see me and just sing a few songs with me, join in. I actually cannot believe I'm playing the main stage, honestly mental.

"But anyways, I'll see you all tomorrow and if you see me out and about later on in the evening come and say hello, I've just had my hair cut so I'm fine for any photos or that.

"See you all tomorrow I'm absolutely buzzing and I cannot wait to see you all there."
