Seven arrested on first day of TRNSMT, police confirm
SEVEN revellers have been arrested after the TRNSMT festival got under way yesterday.
Police confirmed that the arrests had been made, but were not able to give any further details on the nature of the incidents.
There was also one arrest for a minor assault on Thursday evening.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "There was one arrest on Thursday evening for a minor assault, and for yesterday, there were seven arrests."
There is likely to be further details released next week.
