But one it was crafty fan’s efforts in particular that caught the eye of guitarist and co- Paul Arthurs, also known as Bonehead, before the show. 

Clearly chuffed with a homemade banner which read ‘Liam and Bonehead’s Barmy Army’ Arthurs, re-posted the photo on his Instagram page with the caption ‘See you tonight’ crediting the account which posted the original image.

Liam Gallagher was one of the most eagerly anticipated acts of the weekend lived up to expectations as he performed Oasis classics Hello and What’s The Story Morning Glory and joked about his joy at returning to the TRNSMT stage saying: “Glasgow, Scotland you have been sorely missed man.

"Sitting at home watching Loose Women, eating the pot noodles, having a staring competition with the cats.”
