POLICE are investigating after the body of a man was discovered in Balloch this morning.
Emergency services remain at the scene after being alerted to the Balloch Road area in Balloch, Alexandria at around 11am.
The force confirmed the death is currently being treated as unexplained.
Enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 11am on Sunday, September 19, officers were made aware that the body of a man was found in the Balloch Road area of Balloch, Alexandria.
"The death is currently being treated as unexplained and enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.
"Emergency services remain in the area."
