GLASGOW'S Lord Provost got off lightly when he came face to face with a wrestling superstar.
Phillip Braat met with Scottish WWE Superstar Drew McIntyre as he arrived in Glasgow ahead of the final WWE Live UK show.
The two met at the City Chambers to exchange gifts; a WWE Championship Title from Drew and Glasgow tartan and a quaich from the Lord Provost.
Born and raised in Ayr, the final leg of WWE’s Live UK Tour will therefore see him return home on its closing night last night.
And Drew arrived in style to the meeting - travelling in to the city centre by open top bus.
