A PENSIONER has been left "scarred for life" after a violent pub rammy.

The 76-year-old was taken to hospital following an altercation at the 100 Acre Bar, in Rutherglen, on Sunday night, which saw a number of punters becoming involved.

Another man - understood to be a bartender - was also hurt in the incident, which is believed to have began when two men allegedly started a confrontation just before 10pm. It is believed to have then sparked a further row elsewhere in the pub.
