Chef Brian Home will open a new restaurant at the Kirkhouse Inn.
After starting his career at One Devonshire Gardens, Brian was appointed Head Chef before going on to work for Michel Roux at the Waterside Inn in Bray, then the two Michelin star Residence De La Pinede in Saint-Tropez.
The Finnich restaurant is the latest part of his plans to develop the historic hotel that dates back to 1601.
After taking over the business in November last year, they reopened in April and are halfway through planned renovations.
