GLASGOW played host to a legendary DJ pair for a VIP party to celebrate the launch of a new hotel and rooftop bar last night.
Superstars Shapeshifters headlined the night at YOTEL, getting the crowd of exclusive guests moving on the danceloor.
The pair behind the noughties dance classic Lola's Theme played their set for guests such as TikTokers Millie Graham and Naturally Stephanie, Love Island star Jamie McCann and author and influencer Florence Given.
Capital DJ Jess Bays, The Lovely Jonjo and Jon Pleased Wimmin as well as a dance troupe and drag performers kept the party going to mark the official launch of the new city centre venue.
The party continued into the night at YOTEL's rooftop bar VEGA, which features a cocktail bar, food and a bowling alley.
The hotel opened earlier this year but due to COVID restrictions were unable to celebrate in full swing.
General manager Neil Taylor said: “At YOTEL we like to challenge the status quo, so we had to make sure we threw an iconic party that spoke to the modern traveller as well reflecting the lively spirit of the people of Glasgow.
"Since opening, the response has been overwhelmingly positive, so it was fantastic to throw open our doors and celebrate our successes.”
