The cast has been announced for a comedy musical coming to Glasgow.
Kay Mellor's 'Fat Friends' is coming to the King's Theatre next year and the cast includes a hoard of larger-than-life stars.
West End regulars Les Dennis and Lee Mead, and soap actors Jessica Ellis and Sherrie Hewson will lead the cast of the stage adaptation of the ITV programme, which stars Gavin and Stacey favourites James Corden and Ruth Jones.

The story follows a group of food-loving friends as they strive to shed the pounds. Former Hollyoaks star Jessica will play Kelly, who dreams of being able to fit into her wedding dress. 
Creator Kay Mellor said: “I am thrilled with the amazing star cast we have assembled for our second outing of Fat Friends The Musical. Lee Mead and Jessica Ellis are fantastic performers and will be wonderful as Kevin and Kelly, and it’s great to be welcoming two iconic actors, Sherrie Hewson and Les Dennis who first worked together 40 years ago and are now reunited on stage.”
'Fat Friends' will run from February 7 until February 12, 2022.
