We've been loving binge-watching Squid Game, the latest breakout hit series from Netflix this week, but it's left us with one burning question.

Would we survive the deadly dalgona candy challenge?

As such, we're very excited to find out that we'll soon be able to put this to test in real life with Kcal Kitchen who are preparing to launch a 'Squid Game pancake challenge.'

Just like the contestants in the K-hit thriller, diners are asked to break off excess pieces of a brittle honeycomb cookie while leaving the shape inside completely intact.

As a prize, Kcal Kitchen will give winners of the deceptively tricky challenge their whole plate of protein pancakes topped with honeycomb and Biscoff sauce at no cost.

In an Instagram post, the West Regent street restaurant said: "Introducing the Netflix phenomenon!

"The challenge, using your knife only break the shape perfectly in the candy to win the pancake stack completely free.

"Can you handle the pressure?"

If you think you can hold your nerves steady enough to bag some free brunch, the challenge will run from next Monday October 11 to Sunday 24.
