Has the changing of the seasons left you feeling in need of a bit of pick me up?
You might be interested to hear that Glasgow’s favourite rooftop bar VEGA has revealed a limited-edition cocktail menu infused with a very special ingredient, which guarantees to give guests a much needed ‘energy boost'.
Loved by celebrities like Jennifer Aniston and Emma Roberts, CBD is a plant extract known for its supposed therapeutic properties from alleviating anxiety symptoms to easing insomnia.
Knowing this, VEGA has partnered with award-winning local business Hashtag Organics to create their new menu using organic, water-soluble CBD solution which is made right here in Glasgow.
The two choices of cocktails are the Cloud 9 which is a ‘a classic rum daiquiri with Dead Man’s Fingers, lime juice and Hashtag Organics CBD drops’ or a Rhubarb & Chill made with ‘Whitley Neill Rhubarb and Ginger gin, lemon juice, mint and CBD drops’.
Euan Wilson, Manager at VEGA said: “As autumn rolls in, our new cocktails will keep our guests centred without compromising on taste or texture.
“They won’t be around for long so don’t miss them.”
The limited-edition menu will run from October 15 to Sunday 24 October.
