POPSTAR HRVY is “buzzing” to be back in Glasgow tomorrow night for a deep fried Mars Bar.

The Kent pop star will perform to a huge crowd at the O2 Academy. He told the Glasgow Times he is “buzzing” to be back after he had to reschedule his 2020 tour. Speaking on the 'Celebrity Search Engine' podcast, he said: “I’ve been waiting for this tour for over a year now and I can’t wait to now be able to play new music to my fans who have been so patient.”

Like many stars who have graced the iconic music venues of Glasgow, it’s one of HRVY’s favourite places to perform.“Glasgow and Amsterdam always have the best crowds. I’m not even just saying that.”

"The crowd are just wild."

Still just 22, HRVY started his music career back in 2013 when he was just 14 and released his first single “Thank You.”

He supported Little Mix on their sell out tour in 2014.

Covid had a huge impact on musicians and artists and HRVY has told how much he has missed performing.

His National Television Award performance had been his first time back on stage since the pandemic struck and he revealed he was “so nervous” to be back.

He performed his latest single “Runaway With It” which sample’s Shanice’s legendary hit “I love your smile”.

Glasgow Times:

He hopes this will give something for his younger and older fans. He said:“I’ve always wanted to use a sample in one of my songs, and when I heard the original “I Love Your Smile” by Shanice, I fell in love with the du du du doo duduooo bit!! Something that gives nostalgia for some of my older fans and something new for my younger fans.”

HRVY has already been streamed nearly a billion times on Spotify and it’s clear his music career is going from strength to strength. He has recently signed to BMG label which will see plenty more new released this year.

Tickets for HRVY’s show tomorrow are still available. Doors will open at 7.30pm.
