THE opening date for a new Nando's store in Glasgow has been revealed.
Customers will be welcomed to the new St Enoch Centre restaurant from Sunday, October 24.
It's the restaurant's second store located at the city centre shopping facility and is part of the multi-million-pound redevelopment currently underway to create a new leisure offering, which includes a nine-screen VUE cinema and nine restaurants.
Since opening in 2009, Nando’s has proved a firm favourite in the shopping centre.
The new 3,890 sq ft restaurant is located on the first floor, directly adjacent to the entrance to the cinema.
Meanwhile, the current unit in St Enoch Square will continue to offer both dining and takeaway services for the world-famous Afro-Portuguese style peri-peri chicken.
Peter Atkinson, senior acquisitions manager at Nando’s, previously said: “Our restaurant in St Enoch Centre has been very successful so it was an easy decision to become part of the new leisure offering within the centre which will allow us to meet the high levels of demand for Nando’s within Glasgow city centre.”
