A band branded ‘one of the best new folk acts around’ are joining the line-up at the Big Ceilidh Live Mash Up at Barrowlands next month.

Drums n’ Roses will perform at the one-off night of dancing on Thursday, November 4, as part of CeilidhFest, Glasgow’s newest music and dance festival.

Other renowned Scottish ceilidh bands include Whisky Kiss and Scots Trad Music Hall of Fame legend Iain MacPhail and his band – with cameos from champion break-dancers and world-famous Flings and Things.

Drums n’ Roses were watched by millions as they reached the semi-finals of ITV's Britain’s Got Talent and recently performed at New York Tartan week.
