A MAN has been arrested and charged after car windows were allegedly smashed in Glasgow's East End. 

The incidents reportedly took place on Circus Drive and Ark Lane in the city yesterday.

Police confirmed a 45-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We received reports of car windows being smashed on Circus Drive and Ark Lane, Glasgow, on Tuesday, October 26.

"A 45-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the incidents."
