TRAFFIC lights on a busy road in the North of Glasgow have gone dark this morning.
The signals on Hawthorn Street at Ashfield Street are currently off due to an earlier road traffic collision.
Glasgow City Council's Traffic Control and Management (TRAFFCOM) team said the lights will remain off until contractors can replace damaged equipment.

It is unknown how long repair work will take.
A statement from TRAFFCOM reads: "The traffic signals on Hawthorn Street at Ashfield Street are currently off due to an earlier road traffic collision.
"These traffic signals will remain off until contractors can replace damaged equipment involved in accident.
"Further updates will be issued when more information is known."
