AFTER a two-year break, the stars and sparkle of Strictly are coming back to Glasgow.
The live tour, featuring new host Janette Manrara and a selection of celebrities and professional dancers from the hit Saturday night BBC TV show, will be dazzling crowds at the Hydro in February.
Judge Bruno Tonioli, who was replaced on this series by Anton du Beke, rejoins his fellow judges Shirley Ballas and Craig Revel Horwood for the 2022 Strictly Come Dancing Live Arena Tour.
Janette, a former Strictly professional and new co-host of Strictly’s sister show It Takes Two, said: “I’m absolutely thrilled – it’s a dream come true.
“It’s been two years since the last tour so the expectation and build-up has been huge. We’ve been desperate to return to venues around the UK and now we’re finally back.
“The show is going to be bigger than ever – with lots of glitter, lots of sparkles, lots of excitement and lots of incredible dance routines. And you never know…you might just see me taking to the dance floor myself….”
The live show which kicks off in Birmingham in January, will be directed by Craig Revel Horwood, who is currently self-isolating after testing positive with COVID. It’s at the OVO Hydro from February 5 to 7.
