AS CHRISTMAS draws ever closer, Fore Play Crazy Golf are getting into the spirit of things with the launch of their festive menu and winter activities.

The adult-only alternative night out has undergone a seasonal makeover with twinkling fairy lights and a Christmas tree, while their infamous golf carts have been transformed into Secret Santa-esque sleighs loaded with presents. 

There is also a live advent calendar full of rewards and surprise gifts for lucky golfers.

Fore Play Crazy Golf's cocktail garden has undergone a transformation, with mini fire burners for guests to toast marshmallows and keep cosy by while sipping on boozy hot chocolates. 

Craig Neilson, chief greenkeeper at Fore Play Crazy Golf, said: "We're sleighing it this Christmas with our winter activities as we want to spread a bit of joy for any guests that support local and pay us a visit. 

"It's been one hell of a year and we all deserve extra Christmas celebrations, so we're starting the party early. 

"Here's to getting merry and having fun with friends and family."

Street food available from the Yuletide menu includes XXL Bratwurst hot dogs, pigs in blankets and sweet or savoury waffles, while talented bartenders have created some Christmas drinks including a mulled Buckfast with Tennent's Lager and Irn bru.
