A MAN is to stand trial accused of a home delivery food scam.
Stephen McGilliard faces the allegations which are said to have occurred between August 2018 and January 2019 at his flat in Glasgow’s Milton.
Prosecutors claims the 29 “formed a fraudulent scheme” to get the food by “pretending to have paid online”.
He denies a total of six charges which include accusations that he lied to a number of delivery drivers.
McGilliard is due to go on trial at Glasgow Sheriff Court next month.
