Fiona Barrie said: "Social care is where my passion lies. It's been a huge privilege and I'm very humbled to play a small part in an incredibly huge role but with the support of my amazing teams, every day we ensure that the people we support live their best lives possible.
“I want to thank the whole Scotland team for the incredible support that they provided throughout such a difficult time - we really are one big team.
"Without everyone coming together, I don't know how we'd have got through it. I’m very honoured to have received this award and to be recognised alongside some standout finalists from across the sector.”
