A 72-YEAR-OLD man has died following a one-vehicle crash in Milngavie early this morning.
Emergency services attended the scene after police received a report around 6.30am of a black Vauxhall Corsa crashing into a wall within a car park at Stewart Street.
The man, who was the sole occupant of the car, was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital where he died.
His next of kin and family have been informed.

An investigation is underway to establish what happened, and Road Policing officers are appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident to contact them.
Drivers with dash cam devices are asked to check their footage in case they captured images which could help officers establish what happened.
Anyone with information is asked to call Police Scotland on 101 and quote incident number 0379 of November 29.
