Bloc+ have solidified their reputation as one of the most exciting food spots in Glasgow with the launch of their new menu.

Known for going all out with their bold flavour combinations, this update does not disappoint with a huge range of burgers, hot dogs and sweets that we can't wait to get our hands on.

Think gut-busting choices like the 'Notorious P.I.G' made with Irn-bru pulled pork, swiss cheese, fennel slaw and smoked gravy mayo.

Or, if you fancy a German-inspired snack to go with your pint, try the 'Save the Wurst til Last' poutine which includes crispy seasoned fries topped with sliced smoked hot dog, cubed cheddar and a currywurst mayo.

While Bloc+ have always been ahead of the curve with their plant-based options, they have launched a fully separate vegan menu with weird and wonderful creations like the 'Got Noodz' hot dog topped with ramen noodles and kimchi mayo.

Another nautical-themed offering is the  'Call me Fishmael' burger with vegan fish fingers with rum-infused ketchup on a brioche bun.

It's fair to say that we're most excited (and a little intimidated) by their take on a classic British pudding which they've given a truly 'Glasgow twist'.

Not only have they made a vegan-friendly Sticky Toffee Pudding, the bar have taken it one step further by deep frying the dessert and serving it with vanilla ice cream and biscoff sauce.

Speaking of their new menu they said last week:  "A long time in the works, our head chef #HestonScheementhal has been cooking up a storm to bring you insanely good dishes that pack a punch.

"Featuring some familiar specials & trusty BLOC+ classics, both meat and vegan, we just know yer gonna love it."

Bloc+, we salute your fearless culinary genius!
