A GLASGOW award-winning architectural practice has secured permission to refurbish a listed building in the city centre.

Mosaic Architecture + Design received consent for the redevelopment of 50 Bothwell Street into an office accommodation.

The site, which has lain vacant since 2017, will include a new café and business hub at street level, as well as landscaped roof terraces.

The architectural design is a result of a collaboration between Mosaic Architecture + Design and the international design studio 10 Design.

Developers say the office complex will be ready for occupation towards the end of 2022.
