Staff at Slouch in Glasgow got a surprise when they were recently visited by a well-known TV star.
The adventurer and former soldier Ant Middleton, who is perhaps best known for his role in SAS: Who Dares Wins, stopped by the rock n roll bar on the city's Bath Street.
Ant, who recently departed the show and just released his book Mental Fitness, posed with steward Liam for a photo.
The bar posted the interaction on Facebook and made a reference to one of his previous books First Man In.
The post read: "We've had quite a few famous visitors over the years.
"Who can blame them when all the best rock and roll is blasting from our speakers all day every day.

"Here's one of our stewards Liam posing with the one and only Ant Middleton.
"He wasn't the First Man In that night but certainly was one of the nicest guests We've Had In and we'll hopefully see him again soon."
