AN ANGRY delivery driver left graffiti on the wall of a tenement close in Glasgow’s Southside after they were unable to find the right door to deliver a package.

Shawlands residents found the message written in black permanent marker last night.

It reads: “If you don’t put No. or name on doors we can’t deliver your goods. THANKS!!!”

The graffiti was signed “Delivery Drivers Everywhere”.

Glasgow Times:

A resident of the close who did not want to be named said: “My boyfriend found it last night, it's near the door at eye level, it is quite big, about A3 size.

“I feel like he or she has a point but they didn't have to use a permanent marker to make that point.

“They could've knocked on a couple of doors and asked.”

The resident said this was the first time they’d heard of problems with deliveries in their close

“I've had a few parcels and never had problems getting them delivered,” they added. “Someone must've let them in the close as well so it could've been left with a neighbor.

“It is a problem in the Southside though, things are always going missing it seems, I've just been lucky so far.

“I will probably paint over it and encourage people to put their numbers on their doors!”
