THE MET Office issued a yellow weather warning this morning for Glasgow.
They say icy patches on roads may cause some travel disruption and caution is advised.
The warning was issued at 5am and will be in effect until 9 am today.
Weather experts say commuters should expect some injuries from slips and falls on icy surfaces and icy patches on some roads, pavements and cycle paths.

According to the MET Office, temperatures will stay between 1-5°C, with a low chance of rain.
