A MAN is accused of throwing a radiator from a second-floor window into the outside seating area of a pub.
Stephen Kelly, 45, allegedly carried out the act from Dixon Street in Glasgow city centre on August 14 this year.
Court papers state Kelly culpably and recklessly threw the radiator from the window into the external seating area of Hootenanny's Pub on Howard Street.
The charge states that this was done to the danger of life.
Kelly was on four bail orders at the time.
He pleaded not guilty yesterday at Glasgow Sheriff Court to the single charge.
A continued hearing was fixed by sheriff Gerard Considine until February next year.
