A MAN was found dead at a property in Glasgow's Baillieston area this morning.
Emergency services, including police and ambulances rushed to the scene, but the 49-year-old could not be saved.
The incident happened on Huntingtower Road this morning around 8.30am.
The area was cordoned off and buses were diverted from the area until around 10am, according to reports on social media.
Police officers are treating the death as unexplained, but say there are no suspicious circumstances.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were made aware of the sudden death of a 49-year-old man at a property on Huntingtower Road in Glasgow around 8.30am on Thursday, 30 December.
“The death is being treated as unexplained, although there are no apparent suspicious circumstances. A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal in due course.”
