A fire that took place in the city's East End during the early hours of this morning is now being treated as 'wilful'.
Emergency services, including police vehicles and fire engines, were called to the scene at Old Dalmarnock Road at around 6:15am today, January 3.
It has now been revealed that the fire started at the Dalmarnock Inn pub is being treated as deliberate with police appealing for any information regarding the incident.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 6.15am on Monday, January 3, officers were called to a report of a fire at a building on Old Dalmarnock Road, Glasgow.
"Enquiries are ongoing and the fire is being treated as wilful.
"Anyone with information should contact officers through 101 quoting reference 0491 of 3 January.”
Images from the scene taken this afternoon show the damage caused by the blaze with one window of the pub blown out completely and surrounded by a thick layer of black soot.
The area surrounding the pub remains closed off with yellow tape and protective barriers.
