A MOTORIST has been fined after driving with a "fogged-up windscreen".
Police stopped the driver in Bonhill, West Dunbartonshire, just as schools were coming out last week.
He was issued with three points and a £100 fine.
Police said he "had not sufficiently demisted the vehicle's windows, placing children and other road users at risk".
