Plant Blonde

A fully vegan bakery and cafe opening in Springtime this year.

The team behind Plant Blonde are preparing to serve a menu full of fresh local produce and artisan bakes as well as providing a community hub for the people of Partick.

Innis & Gunn's largest taproom to date will open on West Nile Street in mid-2022.

Buck's Bar

Southsiders are eagerly awaiting the opening of a third Buck's Bar location in Cathcart this year.

The immensely popular local chain already has locations on West Regent street and in Trongate serving up massive buttermilk fried chicken burgers, wings and cocktails.

Another new opening in the city centre, independent burger chain Fat Hippo looks right up our street.

Mowgli will open on St Vincent Street in the former home of the Handmade Burger Company this spring.

Founded by food writer and famous chef Nisha Katona this will be the chains second Scottish location serving their signature Indian street food.

Set to open just in time for Valentines Day this sustainable steak restaurant promises to use only 'carbon neutral beef'.

The Argentinian influenced restaurant will use prime cuts from cattle that have spent their lives on pampas farms feeding on seventeen different types of grass.
