A busy road in the North of Glasgow was closed for an hour this morning following a crash.
It is understood that two pedestrians were struck by a van on Maryhill Road at around 9:20 am today, January 18.
The road was closed off completely in both directions between Queen Margaret Drive and Ruchill Street as police attended the scene.
Thankfully, no serious injuries occurred and the road was reopened at 10:30 am.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 9.20 am, police were called to the Maryhill Road area of Glasgow, following a report of a crash involving a van and two pedestrians.
"There were no serious injuries reported and the road was reopened around 10.30am.”
