POLICE have arrested a man in connection with a sexual asault on Glasgow's Southside.
A 27-year-old man was arrested following the alleged attack on Dixon Avenue on Saturday, Feburary 5.
It is not known whether the attack took place within a property at Dixon Avenue or elsewhere.
The man has since been released and Police Scotland said enquiries are continuing.
A police presence was noticed outside the block of flats in Govanhill on Monday afternoon and remained on Tuesday morning.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers have arrested a 27-year-old man in connection with a sexual assault which happened at Dixon Avenue, Glasgow on Saturday, February 5, 2022.
"He has been released pending further enquiries.”
