COPS raced to Portland Street Suspension Bridge today following a report of people climbing on the structure.
Police were called to the bridge off Clyde Street around 1.50pm.
Officers checked over the area but found no one climbing it.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We received a report of concern about people seen climbing on the Portland Street Suspension Bridge off Clyde Street in Glasgow around 1.50pm on Saturday, February 19.
"Officers attended and checked the area, with no one found on the bridge."
