A FORMER pub in North Glasgow will be transformed.
Plans were previously submitted asking to use the Saracen Street establishment as a restaurant too.
It is currently vacant but was previously The Brothers Bar. The premises was advertised as a development opportunity in 2019 after owners ceased trading.
A new floor plan shows various booths, suites, tables, an office, a keg store, a space for a pool table, toilets, and a kitchen.
Ping An Group's planning permission application has been granted by Glasgow City Council.
One condition read: "All cooking smells, noxious fumes or vapours from the premises shall be disposed of by means of a duct carried up through the roof."
