A city centre restaurant has welcomed two hard-working robots to their team of waiting staff.
COSMO World Kitchen opened last month in Glasgow's St Enoch Centre offering diners a buffet-style selection of over six different cuisines from Italian pasta to Teppanyaki noodles.

Now, adding a futuristic feel to the all you can eat restaurant are Bella and Hola, a pair of high tech robots who help to clear plates and show customers to their tables.
The state of the art bots will interact with diners 'showing a variety of emotions' and send messages to team members to assist them in their work.

Suzanne Wink, operations director at COSMO said: “We’re thrilled to reveal the latest additions to the COSMO team, with our new robots Bella and Hola fitting right in.
"We’re currently recruiting to fill even more positions in the restaurant, and both robots are there to assist the team with duties such as clearing tables and dishes, or showing customers to their seats.
“Our birthday bonus will allow us to treat our database customers to a little something extra on their big day, and Bella and Hola will be practising their Happy Birthday performances to get ready.”
