A DERELICT building in Glasgow could be transformed into 41 new homes if planning permission is granted.
An application has been submitted to Glasgow City Council asking to use the site of abandoned offices in Ruchill as a new residential development.
Applicant Lar Projects hope to build 39 flats in the existing office building, that was formerly home to Mystery Shopper Scotland Ltd.
This will consist of a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom properties.
Meanwhile, an outhouse will be converted into two three-bed semi-detached homes.
The rest of the outbuildings will be demolished to make way for 64 car parking spaces.
Planning bosses will reject or approve the proposals by May 20.
