While Celtic demolished Manchester United 4-0 in theirs, Rangers won 2-0 against Arsenal.
Before glossy mags turned celebrity weddings into publicity-fests, the nuptials of footballers were still lapped up by newspaper readers – here’s Jimmy Johnstone and his beautiful bride Agnes in June, 1966.
