A MAN was spotted within close proximity to a swan's nest in Glasgow.
Glasgow North East Police were called to a report of the male beside the nest.
Officers traced him and "educated" him.
They said: "Fortunately the swan remained on the nest so no further action was taken."
In Scotland, it is a criminal offence to disturb a nesting bird or damage the nest.
